Ellie's Surprise 31st Birthday Dinner

    I spent almost three weeks planning a surprise dinner for Roselle; I know that her thirtieth birthday was a bit disappointing so I decided to invite some of her closest friends and our coworkers to a dinner to celebrate her!  If you're in Providence or Boston, definitely visit Fire + Ice restaurant.  It's creative and interesting; it has tons of options and everyone is sure to find something they would like.  I won't bore you with too many details but it was a truly fun, good time with friends.  There were some speed bumps along the way and y'all have no idea how hard I had to work to keep it all a secret from the birthday girl -- who is by far the most nosey person in the world!  It was all worth it though, because she had a great time and I know I succeeded in showing her how much I care about her.
